At Art Adrift, each piece is individually handmade using driftwood, reclaimed wood and other natural or found materials. Many of our creations are completely one-of-a-kind.
We want you to be happy with your Art Adrift purchase, so please review the photographs, dimensions and product description carefully before placing your order.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The item must not have been damaged, altered, installed or modified after delivery.
- You must contact us before returning the item.
Unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and packaging the item carefully. Art Adrift cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Art Adrift.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether the return has been accepted.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Damaged During Shipping
We take great care when packaging Art Adrift creations.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The shipping box or packaging
- Any visible damage to the outside of the package
We will work with you to determine the best solution.
Because many Art Adrift creations are one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not always be possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.
Natural Characteristics Are Not Defects
Art Adrift creations celebrate the natural character of driftwood and other reclaimed and found materials.
Knots, cracks, weathering, nail holes, irregular shapes, grain variations, colour variations, markings and other natural characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Natural materials may also continue to change, dry, weather or develop additional character over time.
One-of-a-Kind Items
Many Art Adrift pieces cannot be recreated exactly.
If a one-of-a-kind piece is returned, exchanged or damaged, we may not be able to provide an identical replacement.
Custom or Personalized Pieces
Custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there has been an error on our part.
Sale Items
Items clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned unless required by applicable law.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
